The least profitable job ever?

While watching "Americas Got Talent" I decided the weirdest job ever would be to make pants for people walking on stilts. Who goes into that business, and how could they ever turn a profit? I see a person walking on stilts on an average of, I'd say, once every three or four months. That number of customers is far too small to build a business around.
